If you are a parent to-be or a designated caregiver to a new addition at home, our antenatal classes will be relevant to you. It helps to prepare one to be more ready and prepared with better anticipation on what to expect and how to respond when your little one is here.

Traditionally, first time parents are advise to begin taking prenatal class from around 28  to 32 weeks into your pregnancy to allow yourself ample time to finish through the course, and make preparations early. It is also a good time to connect with fellow moms who might be in the same phase as you, empowering themselves through prenatal classes.

But with us, you can start your course at any point of your pregnancy! As it is online, you can enjoy going through the course bit by bit as we know that some pregnancies can be challenging! Or you could be a parent who missed the course and needs a quick crash course after you give birth.

Not much difference! 'Antental' is more commonly used in the UK, whereas 'prenatal' is used more often in the States and other countries.

If you'd like to be in control and be ahead in every step of your pregnancy, then we highly encourage you take up prenatal classes! Prenatal classes covers a range of information giving birth and self & baby care post labor. A popular topic for post birth is on baby care & breastfeeding. You will also learn about things you need to prepare for and the procedure of delivering a baby. Post-pregnancy care touches on awareness of baby blues vs depression. And even topics like nutrition. In general, lots of useful information that will help a pregnant mom through her pregnancy journey and help her manage as a new mom in the first 30 days of her motherhood.

We have a team of experts on different subjects. We have Linda Woo, a former infant care trained head teacher, and certified in Early Childhood. Tan Ye Ting, a certified nutrition & dietitian specializing in pediatric & chronic diseases in adults as well. Esther Yap, the founder of Bump Birth & Beyond. She is a children’s book author, a expert parenthood writer & a podcaster on the parenting podcast “The Parent Thing”. She will be the postpartum coach in this Antenatal course.
